Follow these step-by-step instructions to access your work computer.
1. Turn on your computer: Press the power button and wait for the login screen to appear.
2. Enter your username:
Your username is your Lawson number. Type it in the username field.
3. Enter the temporary password:
Type TempP@ssword01 in the password field.
Click Enter.
*Do you need to reset your password? Call 404-802-1000 and Select Option 2.
4. Change your password:
You will be prompted to change your password.
Enter TempP@ssword01 in the Current password field.
Create a new password that is at least 15 characters long and includes:
o Uppercase letters (A-Z)
o Lowercase letters (a-z)
o Numbers (0-9)
o Special characters (e.g., !, @, #, $)
Enter your new password in the New password field and then again in the Confirm new password field.
Click Enter.
5. Troubleshoot Internet Connection:
If you receive an error message about no Internet connection, follow these steps to connect to the wireless network:
1. Click on the network icon in the taskbar (usually in the bottom right corner).
2. Select the SSID WIRELESS@APS.
3. When prompted, enter your Lawson number as the username.
4. Enter your password (the new password you just created) in the password field.
5. Click Connect.
6. Log in again if needed:
If prompted to log in again after connecting to the Internet, enter your Lawson number and the new password you created.
Congratulations, you have successfully accessed your computer for the first time!
